Buffing your nails before applying your false nails is essential to remove oils from your nails a create a smooth, dry surface for the nail adhesive.
This file is double sided with one side fine grit and one slightly coarse.
The file can also be used to remove glue build up from the inside of your press on nails to reuse them.
